International Volunteer Day (IVD) is our special day. The one day of the year where international, skilled volunteering for development is formally acknowledged by the international community. As a returned volunteer, your story is worth telling and the Australian Volunteers Program wants to celebrate your contribution to sustainable development.
As your Returned Australian Volunteer Network State Representatives for Northern Territory, we invite you to join our International Volunteers Day - Stories worth telling event on Sunday, 1 December.
RSVP by: Sunday, 24 November.
This is a free event for returned volunteers. Registration is essential. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
At this special event you will meet and hear from:
- A Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Representative, from the Northern Territory Office.
- An Australian Volunteers Program alumni (RAVN) who is keen to share their stories with you
- Your RAVN State Representatives for Northern Territory who organise this event and other networking events for RAVN members throughout the year.
If you have any questions regarding this event or encounter issues registering for this event online please email us State Representatives at ntravn@australianvolunteers.com and we can assist you with the process.
Looking forward to celebrating with you!
